RETURN & REFUNDS

At Ann More products, our goal is always to provide high quality premium products. All of our items are always vetted and verified. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refund & Exchanges 

Contact us by chat or text so that we can assist you with your return procedure. We will need proof of your return  requests. 

Most returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 15 days of receiving the merchandise.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Send the package and provide your return tracking number for us.

Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to you as soon as possible.

Please allow 5-7 business days for transit, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing your return at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.

 

A: Items Not Eligible for Return:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves and bags).

Baby products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do offer returns for manufacturer defects for the same item and size when applicable.

Bath & Body products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Due to the intimate nature of these products.

B: Packaging Requirements: Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package.
